Our Story


Our mission is to create culinary masterpieces of local and seasonal dishes while simultaneously taking you down a sensory journey through your eyes, taste buds and mind.  BV dinners are a true work of art; from visually stimulating touches to tantalizing recipes infused with medicinal herbs and superfoods.  We also walk you through the process of creating amazing ambiance in your home, which adds greatly to the caliber of your event.

We see medicinal plants as a gift from nature and have the utmost respect for growers and distributers for their hard work and endless efforts to bring these therapeutic herbs to the light.  We stand by them in the journey to shift the entire paradigm of medicinals.

Our Chef


Executive Chef Frank Villa is currently heading the Marinitas kitchen in San Anselmo, CA.  He’s also been at a few other well-known restaurants in the Bay Area from Sushi Ran to Mamacitas.

He is passionate about holistic health and wellness.  One of his favorite things to do is maintain his gardens and spend time with his wife and two small children in their backyard.  When he’s not tending to the chickens or having fun with his family, he is learning about the many benefits of all medicinal herbs and how to bring them into modern cooking.

Frank’s aim in life is to continue learning about the many powerful medicinal plants growing all around us.  His dishes are not only satisfying but also nutrient dense.

We are taking reservations for dinner events at your venue of choice.  Minimum of 8 people required to book.

 Communal dinner events at our location.  You’ll have the opportunity to meet and mingle with other like-minded foodies.
